ডেলিভারি চার্জ গণনা: আমাদের সিস্টেম ওজন, লোকেশন এবং মাত্রা (দৈর্ঘ্য x প্রস্থ x উচ্চতা) এর উপর ভিত্তি করে শিপিং চার্জ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে গণনা করে। যেমনঃ ঢাকার মধ্যে ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ৮০ টাকা ও ঢাকার বাইরে ১৩০ টাকা। ১ কেজির বেশী হলে প্রতি কেজিতে ৩০ টাকা করে যোগ হবে। তাছাড়া ভঙ্গুর আইটেমের (শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা) ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত ২০ টাকা যোগ হবে।
অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ ঢাকা শহরের অভ্যন্তরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির (সিওডি) মাধ্যমে করা অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করে তার অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। ঢাকার বাইরে সিওডি নাই, সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ অর্ডারক্রিত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করার পরপরই গ্রাহককে স্বয়ংক্রিয় ইমেল এবং এসএমএস বিজ্ঞপ্তি পাঠানো হবে । সেই বিজ্ঞপ্তিগুলিতে প্রদত্ত নির্দেশাবলী সাবধানে অনুসরণ করে গ্রাহককে পণ্য ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি প্রাপ্তিঃ ঢাকার মধ্যে অর্ডার করা আইটেমগুলি গ্রাহক ৩ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পাবেন। তবে ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে ৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবস লাগতে পারে। স্টকের আকর্ষিক স্বল্পতা বা অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতিতে শিপিং বিলম্বিত হতে পারে। তবে ১৫ দিনের বেশী বিলম্বিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকলে গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতিঃ অংশীদার কুরিয়ার পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান বা অন্যকোন অনুকূল উপায় অবলম্বনের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহককে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
৩ দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসিঃ গ্রাহক ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য বা ভুল আইটেম ডেলিভারি পেলে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। তবে আইটেম ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে ও আসল প্যাকেজিং উপকরণ এবং চালানসহ প্রাপ্ত আইটেম সমূহ অক্ষত অবস্থায় আমাদের অফিসে নিয়ে আসতে হবে। ন্যায়সঙ্গত অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে বা পণ্য বদলে দেয়া হবে। নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবেঃ
- শিপিংয়ের সময়সীমা পূরণ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে (১৫ দিনের বেশি) ও গ্রাহক পণ্য না পেলে গ্রাহক ১০০% মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন।
- গ্রাহককে যদি ভুল পণ্য, ভুল রং, আকারের পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক ১০০% মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন।
- গ্রাহককে যদি ভাঙ্গা পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক ১০০% মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন।
- গ্রাহককে যদি প্রতিশ্রুতি মোতাবেক পণ্য না দিয়ে নিম্নমানের পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক ১০০% মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন।
বিঃদ্রঃ পণ্য অর্ডার করার পর যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ ছাড়া কেবল মন পরিবর্তনের কারণে গ্রাহক কোন পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন না ও সেক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
